Tools & Resources
You don’t need to figure everything out on your own.
While coaching can be helpful for clarity, direction and decision-making, there are times when additional support is the right step — whether that’s medical, psychological, financial or crisis support.
Below are a small number of services and resources that may be helpful depending on your situation.
Tasmania / Local Support
If you’re in immediate distress or crisis, please contact one of the support services below or your local emergency services.
Medicare Mental Health Centres (Tasmania)
Free, walk-in support for people experiencing mental health challenges. These centres offer immediate, short-term support and can help connect you with ongoing care if needed.
Atlas Mental Health (Tasmania)
A private mental health service offering access to psychologists and structured support programs.
Local GP (General Practitioner)
Your GP is often the best starting point for mental health support, referrals, and care planning.
Australia-Wide Support (Phone & Online)
Lifeline – 13 11 14

Anglicare

Practical Resources
Sometimes small, practical tools can help you get moving again:
- Writing things down (journalling or simple note-taking)
- Breaking decisions into smaller steps
- Talking things through with someone you trust
- Getting back into basic routines (sleep, movement, time outdoors)
A quick note
My work is focused on practical coaching — helping you get clear, make decisions and move forward.
If at any point it becomes clear that additional support would be more appropriate, I will always point you in the right direction.

Get in touch
If you’d like to make an enquiry, please send an email with a brief outline of what’s going on.
I generally respond via email first, and we can arrange a call if needed.
practical support
If further support is useful, we can continue working together in a simple, structured way.
Sessions focus on staying on track, working through challenges, and taking practical steps forward — without overcomplicating things.
Support is there if needed, but the aim is always to help you move forward independently.
clear direction
We take the time to properly understand what’s going on and what you’re trying to work through.
From there, the focus is on gaining clarity, cutting through the noise, and identifying a direction that makes sense for your situation.
