Scott Murphy – your All Round Guide
Guiding in Tasmania since 2005
Your All Round Guide, Scott Murphy lives in Launceston and grew up in a northern midland town next to clear mountain streams and has been trout fishing since the mid 1970’s. He was introduced to fly fishing in the late 1990’s and has had a healthy obsession since. He commenced guiding for other local guides in Tasmania back in 2005.
Scott holds a passion and love for the “hook up” and the Tasmanian environment. There are many fantastic trout waters within, especially the rivers local to the Launceston area (such as the St Patricks River, South Esk River and Meander Rivers) and the lakes and lagoons in our central highland region (including Penstock Lagoon, Little Pine Lagoon, Lake Augusta and the Nineteen Lagoons).
For additional information on Scott, review the information available on the bottom of our “About Us” page.
And while we don’t aim to, or pretend to be the world’s best anglers, we do aim to be, and stay very competent anglers while having fun doing it. We are dedicated to delivering an enjoyable and memorable experience to each and every one of our valued clients. Email us now to discuss your fishing tour requirements to [email protected]
